‘Negative’ emotions are nothing more than a sign or a ‘redirection’ into what you do want to experience. Openess is required, Otherwise your emotions will pass through like a not so welcomed parasite.

Becoming aware of our emotions and the languages it speaks creates an open channel for us. A space from where we can actively heal what’s behind us and consciously choose the steps towards the life we desire to experience.
